Golf Genius provides a comprehensive Knowledge Base for the Tournament Management program. You can access and search the Knowledge Base through the orange help button on the right hand side of any Golf Genius page or through this link.
Golf Genius also has a series of live webinars, recorded webinars, and shorter videos all geared towards helping you produce the best events possible using this program.
Additionally, the Carolinas GHIN Support staff periodically conduct our own webinars. When available, those webinars will be announced with details posted below. Links to recorded webinars are below.

Spring 2024 Online TM-Club Training | ||||||
TM Training Classes are presented for current TM-Club and TM-Premium users who are looking for advanced training in a specific topic area. We offer two sessions of TM-Club Basics 101 which is geared towards beginning users of the Golf Genius Tournament Management program. These webinars last 2-1/2 hours and cover an introduction to the various features of TM-Club followed by a demonstration of how to set up a basic 2-Best Ball event. We also conduct 1-hour TM Classes is dedicated to a single topic. We take a sample event and work our way through all of the features and potential pitfalls associated with the topic of the day. Attendees are encouraged to converse with the facilitator and ask questions. There is no cost for attending the classes. The webinar is accessible using an online conference program called Zoom and your desktop computer or notebook.
